Mountain Goat Line: Salida – Buena Vista
The Mountain Goat Line connects
Salida and Buena Vista on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It provides a safe, reliable means to navigate between the two communities and also provides access to Bustang Outrider connections to Denver, Alamosa, and Gunnison/Crested Butte.
This is a hybrid fixed route, meaning that the driver will also accommodate additional stops (on demand) within the towns of Salida and Buena Vista when requested by riders.
Operates Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between Salida and Buena Vista
- Two departure times from both Buena Vista and Salida
- $5 one-way fare

Connects with Bustang Outrider from BV to Salida by appointment.
